Emma Partridge
I grew up on a Thoroughbred farm in central Kentucky and have been riding horses since a very young age. I received my M.S. in Veterinary Science at the Gluck Equine Research Center at the University of Kentucky in 2022 where my thesis focused on equine joint disease and the effect of intra-articular corticosteroids on mRNA. Horses have always been a big part of my life and I am very passionate about the health and sustainability of the equine athlete through all stages of their life.
Isabella Pisani
Growing up I always had a passion for horses and knew I wanted to work in the equine industry. This brought me to Kentucky from New Jersey to get my bachelor’s degree in Equine Science at the University of Kentucky. My time at Ardent has helped me develop into the role of Client Education, I am excited to help educate current and prospective customers on the benefits of utilizing biologic based therapies to improve the lives of horses and small companion animals.

Doctor in Veterinary Medicine with 10+ years of experience in patient care, research and teaching. Specialist (MSc and PhD) in regenerative therapies and blood-derived products ( i.e. platelet-rich plasma, autologous conditioned serum)
Experience in discovery and technology development for treatment of musculoskeletal diseases in horses, collaborating with different experts in the field. Extensive knowledge in regenerative therapies and blood-derived products for treatment of different clinical conditions. Proven clinical experience in three different countries and adept of best patient care.

I am fascinated by the interaction of business and science. Uncovering ways by which the animal care team can improve the value they provide to patients and owners by bettering outcomes and elevating the client experience is fascinating to me.
I have had great opportunities, and of course challenges, in the past 22 years since graduating from veterinary school. This has allowed me to meet and learn from many people in different professions. Having a wide range of experiences allowed me to see problems and bright spots from a different perspective.
